Camp bookings are managed through Scouts Canada booking site. Please visit Camp Hughes on Doubleknot to check for availability, book sites, and submit payment.
Payment for regular bookings is taken at time of booking within the doubleknot site.

Contract - A signed contract is required for all private bookings. Please contact us for if you have any questions about the contract.
Insurance Requirements - A 3rd Party liability insurance policy in the amount of at least $3million with Scouts Canada named as an additional insured is required for private bookings. Suitable event insurance can be purchased at most insurance brokers. Other youth organizations or school districts have organizational policies that may meet the requirements. Scouting users are covered by a national Scouts Canada insurance policy.
